Mr. Nicely attended George Mason University and earned an undergraduate degree in History and a graduate degree in Education Leadership. He has worked for Prince William County Schools for over twenty years at Hampton Middle School as an assistant principal, teacher, coach and security assistant. In addition, he has also served on the administrative teams at Unity Braxton Middle School and Marsteller Middle School and has been an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program Coordinator.
Mr. Nicely lives in the Fredericksburg area with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he is a dance dad and a youth softball coach. He loves the Beatles, Muppets and visiting Walt Disney World. Mr. Nicely believes in establishing positive relationships with students and parents, providing student centered learning activities that are engaging and rigorous, and creating a caring environment where all students feel supported, valued and successful.

Ms. Cowsert has been the Administrative Intern at Beville Middle School in Prince William County since 2019. Prior to this role, she was a Math Teacher at Parkside Middle School. Ms. Cowsert has also been Math Specialist and 5th Grade teacher in Stafford County, Virginia. She began her career in education as a teacher in Florida. Ms. Cowsert has twenty-three years of experience in education.

Ms. Gonsalves has been the Administrative Intern for Hampton Middle School in Prince William County since 2020. Prior to this role, she was a Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Bull Run Middle School. She has also worked as a Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Gainesville Middle School and Graham Park Middle School. She began her career in education as a teacher in North Carolina. Ms. Gonsalves has twenty-two years of experience in education.
